Bookings and Payments

A contract between you and the owner comes into existence when the deposit or full payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued for the confirmed holiday dates.

A 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than fourteen days before arrival must be paid in full. The balance is due no later than fourteen days before your holiday begins.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation until 14 days before check-in is eligible for a full refund. After that, you will pay for each night you stay, plus one additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.

We strongly advise guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation and disruption.

House Rules

Warwick Gardens sleeps up to 4 people. Sea Croft sleeps up to 6 adults and 1 infant. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and bookings cannot be accepted from people under eighteen years of age.

Smoking is not allowed. Please treat the accommodation with care, report damage promptly, lock doors and windows when leaving, and switch off lights, heating and appliances when you go out.
